Pins mark each firm's registered office, not its service area. Most firms take on buildings beyond their office city, so match by coverage using the directory filters or the match form. 22 firms are shown with a hollow marker, placed at city level because we have not verified a precise street address yet.

How to use the directory
How to compare BC strata management companies.
This is a complete, alphabetical list of every BCFSA-licensed strata management company in British Columbia. It is a directory, not a ranking. Strata Match does not publish a public ranking of BC strata management companies, and no firm can pay for a better position.
To compare options, shortlist two or three firms and weigh them on the same six criteria: size, geography, capacity, portfolio type, reputation, and issue fit. Send the shortlist the same RFP so the proposals are directly comparable. Prefer a private, council-side shortlist built for your building? Get matched — free for councils.

Common questions
Comparing and switching strata managers in BC.
How do I compare strata management companies in BC?
Compare firms on the same six criteria every time: size, geography, capacity, portfolio type, reputation, and issue fit. Start in this directory to confirm a firm is BCFSA-licensed, then shortlist two or three and send them the same RFP so the proposals line up. Strata Match can build that council-side shortlist for your building for free.
How much does strata management cost in BC?
Most BC strata management contracts run about $30 to $60 per unit per month, with a monthly minimum near $1,500 to $2,000 for smaller buildings. The fee depends on building size, scope (caretaking, accounting, after-hours), and city. The fee benchmark tool gives a range for your building.
Can a strata council switch management companies?
Yes. A strata corporation can change managers by following the termination and notice terms in its current contract, usually 30 to 90 days' written notice. Benchmark your current fee, document the service issues prompting the change, and compare two or three firms before you give notice.
Does Strata Match rank firms publicly?
No. Strata Match does not publish a public ranking or a best strata management companies list. The directory is alphabetical, and any match is a private, council-side shortlist based on your building's size, location, and priorities. No firm can pay for a better position.
Is Strata Match free for strata councils?
Yes. The directory, the calculators, the RFP builder, and the matching service are all free for BC strata councils. Councils pay nothing, and firms cannot pay for rank or placement.
How does Strata Match check whether a firm is a fit?
Each firm is scored against six criteria for your building (size, geography, capacity, portfolio type, reputation, and issue fit) and cross-checked against BCFSA licensing, PAMA and SPABC membership, and public firm records. A person reviews the shortlist before it reaches you.
Will firms receive my contact details right away?
No. Your contact details stay private until you confirm a match. Firms never get your email or phone from the directory; an introduction happens only after you approve a shortlist.
Don't want to vet the whole list yourself?
Tell us about your building and we'll shortlist the two or three that actually fit — scored on six criteria, not ranked.
