Job board
Jobs that BC strata councils and their property managers want quoted.
What the job board is
A public list of building jobs BC strata councils want quoted, such as a roof replacement or a depreciation report. Each job shows the work, the region, the building type and size, and when quotes are due. It never shows the building's name or address, or the name of the person who posted it.
How a council posts a job
Describe the work, pick the region, the building type and size, and set the date quotes are due. Confirm by email, and the Strata Match team checks the job before it goes on the board, usually within one business day. Quotes come to your email, and your council decides who to hire.
Post a jobHow a company replies
Open a job and send a message with your quote, or a link to it. Confirm your email and we send your reply to the person who posted the job, who replies to you directly. Answering is free, and you don't need to be listed.

Post your job
For councils and property managers. Describe the work once and companies that do strata work can send a quote. Your building stays private until you choose.

Check your email
We sent you a link. Click it to confirm, and we'll email you about new requests that match.
Requests for quotes, not tenders. Each strata runs its own process and chooses who to hire.
