How should council score strata management proposals?
Each council member should score every proposal on their own before discussion, on the criteria and points the RFP gave firms. A Strata Match RFP uses six: firm capacity and assigned manager, relevant experience, service approach and service levels, references and standing, local presence and emergency response, and fees and value, out of 100.
Use this after proposals arrive, before council discussion starts.

Each council member should score independently first. The discussion is better when the first pass is not shaped by the loudest person in the room.
