Find help

Find the right help for your strata.

Start with the job you're doing. Each one points to a calculator to get oriented and to independent resources you can trust.

How we list

We list independent authorities and tools, and our own free services. We don't sell placement. Service providers are added only after we verify their credentials — no one can buy their way onto the list. If a relationship is ever paid, we say so at the link, and it never changes the order.

Resolve a dispute or a governance question

A levy, a vote threshold, a bylaw, or what council can and can't do.

Where to turn

Vetted BC strata lawyers will be listed here once credential-checked. For now, start with these independent authorities.

Get a depreciation report or plan the reserve fund

A mandatory report, the funding model, and how much the reserve really needs.

Where to turn

Vetted depreciation-report providers and reserve planners will be listed here once credential-checked.

Find or switch a management firm

Whether to switch, what management should cost, and which firm fits.

Where to turn

Run an RFP or compare proposals

Getting comparable proposals from firms and reading them fairly.

Where to turn

Not sure which firm fits? That part we score for you.

Tell us about your building and Strata Match scores BC firms against it on six criteria, then returns a preliminary shortlist of two or three. Free for councils.
