Work listed on its website
Splendid Landscape Services provides strata-maintenance programs in Greater Vancouver and the Fraser Valley, including Langley, Surrey, Abbotsford and Delta. Its strata page describes common-area lawn care, hedge trimming, tree pruning, mulch refreshes and spring or fall cleanup, with weekly, biweekly or monthly schedules. The website offers written on-site estimates and states insurance and WorkSafeBC claims. Those claims are not treated as independent verification, and inconsistent company-age statements are not converted into a founding year.

Questions councils ask
How often will the crew visit?
Get the visit schedule for each season and what a visit includes, so quotes can be compared on the same basis.
Is snow removal part of the contract?
Some companies bundle winter service, others price it separately or don't offer it. Ask how soon after a snowfall they clear.
Who handles trees and pesticides?
Tree work should involve a certified arborist, and pesticide use needs a BC applicator certificate.
