Questions councils ask
How will the crew reach the upper floors?
Swing stage, rope access, boom lift and scaffold each change the cost, the schedule and the disruption for residents. Ask which one the quote assumes.
What does the paint warranty cover?
Ask how long it lasts, what it excludes, and whether it follows a published standard.
Is prep work in the quote?
Confirm pressure washing, wood repair and caulking are included rather than priced as extras.
